Vonage Access Basics

Vonage wants everyone to experience the great savings – even if they're not a Vonage customer!
With Vonage Access you - or anyone - can make calls to any Vonage phone just like it's a local call. Say your sister in Indiana calls you every day using her old landline. Just look up a local Vonage Access number and let her call you for the price of a local call!

How do I use Vonage Access?

  1. Select the country that you reside in. Currently access numbers are available in Canada, France, Mexico, Spain, the UK and US.
  2. Once the access numbers are displayed the you will be able to choose an access number to dial into Vonage Access.
  3. Once you are connected to Vonage Access, you will be prompted to enter the number of the Vonage Customer followed by the pound key. If calling internationally, you will need to dial as you normally would if calling from any other phone. For example if calling from France to the USA, you would dial 0017325551212
  4. After you enter the number, the IVR will prompt you to press the number 1 to complete the call or press the number to 2 verify the digits that you have entered.
  5. Once you complete the call, you can end the call by hanging up.
