How do I add the Free Fax Line to my business account?

  1. Log in to your Vonage Vonage Online Account.
  2. Click Add-ons.
  3. Click Add a Fax Line.
  4. Click the Adapter you would like to use for your fax line. Then select the State, Area Code and Location for your new Fax. Click Continue.
  5. Enter your 911 Information. Click Accept.
  6. You will receive an email order confirmation.

Unable to send or receive faxes through the Phone Adapter?

If you are unable to send and or receive faxes try lowering the baud rate on the fax machine to 9600. Also disable the ECM feature on the fax machine if applicable. Still need Help? Please contact our highly trained technical support staff – just Contact US 24 hours a day seven days a week.

How do I add the Free Fax Line to my business account?

Our engineers must provision the device that we send you for our services before you are able to add the fax line. You can track your shipment through your Vonage Vonage Online Account by the order/reference number. Once you see that the package has been shipped then you can add the free fax line from your Vonage Vonage Online Account.
