Call Return Basics

Couldn’t get to the phone on time? Maybe you were just tied up when the call came in. All you need to do is dial *69. You’ll be returning that call faster than you ever imagined!

What is Call Return?

Vonage Call Return, also known as *69, returns your last incoming call automatically. Just dial *69 and your Vonage service will dial back the last call made to you. Vonage Call Return works with any Number in the US and Canada.
With Vonage, there are no extra charges to use the Call Return (*69) feature. However, remember that returned calls are treated as an outgoing call. Therefore, if you are not enrolled in one of our unlimited plans, overage charges apply to returned calls that exceed your calling plan's monthly allotted minutes.

Using Call Return

To use Call Return, dial *69 on your touch-tone phone. An automated voice will announce the last incoming number, along with the date and time of the call. Press 1 to redial the number; press 2 or hang up to cancel the callback. The redialed number will also display on your Caller ID.
